Salt Lake City received this rectangular red plate with detailed imagery of multiple faces and more in vibrant red, black and green. It was gifted on a delegation visit to Matsumoto, Japan in October 2024 to Mayor Erin Mendenhall. The artwork is done by a Japanese Contemporary Artist named Yayoi Kusama.
